Please note: A 5% handling charge will be deducted for cancellations initiated by the customer for any reason.

*Returns

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return for any unused and unopened items. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original packaging and in the same excellent condition as when you received them. Kindly include a copy of your purchase receipt or proof of purchase along with the returned items.

*Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will promptly update you regarding the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The processing time for refunds may vary based on your payment provider.

*Exchanges

If you come across a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the exchange process to ensure you receive a replacement item expediently.

*Non-Refundable Items

Please note that opened or torn seed packets are non-refundable. We encourage you to understand that seeds, once opened, are a living and sensitive product.
